Panorama Environmental, Inc. is a dynamic and diverse boutique environmental consulting firm with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are a team of 25+ creative specialists, scientists, planners, and managers that work together with our government and commercial clients to devise thoughtful and responsive solutions to important environmental concerns and comply with environmental regulations. Key markets and practices include environmental planning and policy development, strategic planning for environmental review, impact assessment, compliance and monitoring, research, and restoration and conservation. Panorama is actively involved in exciting international projects in renewable energy markets as well as state-wide and locally diverse projects in energy, infrastructure, urban planning, and public works.

Panorama Environmental, Inc. is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator based out of our San Francisco office. This position will provide business development, marketing, and sales support to the firm. Experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry required. Experience in marketing for environmental consulting a plus.

The position would be an hourly, non-exempt position, with an average of 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Business Development/Marketing:

  • Investigate potential RFP/RFQ leads and review with Principals and Senior Staff
  • Research and identify market areas and contacts to target and set up appointments for Principals and Senior Staff
  • Follow up on leads for Principals and Senior Staff
  • Develop and manage a marketing tracking system for activities and budget
  • Identify, attend, and volunteer for industry organizations and events and assist Principals and Senior Staff with securing speaking opportunities
  • Plan, organize, and advertise webinars and training programs to be given by Senior Staff
  • Write and manage web and social media content
  • Design and write marketing materials

Sales:

  • Lead proposal efforts, including coordinating with subcontractors and internal staff
  • Prepare and manage the production of the technical content of proposals
  • Prepare team for interviews including scheduling and overseeing rehearsals, prepare the presentations for interviews, hand-outs, brochures, posters
  • Assist with the printing and production of proposals in coordination with the Document Manager

Qualifications

  • College degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry required
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Quick learner/self-starter and able to pick up a new industry quickly
  • Creative and initiative-taker
  • Responsible, committed, and self-motivated
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
