Panorama Environmental, Inc. is a global environmental consulting firm focused on environmental review and permitting for energy and infrastructure projects. For over 30 years our team of environmental planners and scientists have been assisting agency staff and private entities in defining baseline conditions, conducting environmental reviews under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and obtaining permits for projects in the areas of renewable and traditional energy; natural gas pipelines and underground storage; roads, bridges, and other public works; water infrastructure, including dams, pipelines, flood control and local development projects. We are seeking an Office Manager/Creative Services Manager to work in the San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

This is a specialized position that includes a portion of the time being spent on office and operations management and a portion of the time spent on design-related tasks, including branding, templates, formatting, production, etc. The Office Manager/Creative Services Manager (OM/CSM) wears many hats and manages the corporate operations using independent judgment. Will work directly with the company Principals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of administrative management experience. Must include event planning, vendor relations, accounting/finance and budget management background.
  • Master at various design programs and software including: InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, photo management, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • 5+ years document management experience. Must include creating templates, infographics, formatting, managing printing, production.
  • Excellent client relationship skills a must
  • Proof of strong work ethic and dedication
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management a necessity.

Personality 

We are looking for a team player who collaborates well with Project Managers, Office Staff and subcontractors and is proactive in seeking out work and meeting deadlines. Enthusiasm and a healthy sense of fun are important. Attention to detail and excellent memory are critical to advancement.
