Public Works

Panorama has provided extensive support on public works projects for numerous cities and counties across the state. We have provided CEQA and NEPA documentation, resource permitting, and construction compliance, often in coordination with engineering partners. This work has included over 25 bridge maintenance projects utilizing Federal Highway Administration grant funds, road improvements, culvert replacements, and landfill and waste management projects.
