Panorama completed the Program EIR for the maintenance of all 14 dam facilities owned by the Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD). Our team conducted natural resource surveys and the environmental analysis for 67 activities, including the protocols, procedures, and implementation methods for the Dam Maintenance Program. We addressed impacts to sensitive resources, including effects to wetlands, riparian habitat, and special-status species, including California red-legged and California yellow-legged frogs, California tiger salamander, San Francisco dusky-footed woodrat, and rare plants. The team defined mitigation implementation plans, which provide the foundation for regulatory permitting.
