California is in a water crisis. Proposition 1, on the California ballot for the coming November 4th Election Day proposes to improve water quality, supply, and infrastructure with a $7.5 billion general obligation bond. Proposition 1 would support improvements to the following:
- Water supply
- Ecosystems
- Water quality
- Groundwater cleanup
- Water conservation
- Recycling and reuse
