Planning and Recreation

Panorama provides environmental services for a suite of infill and greenfield community development projects, civic projects, and industrial projects. Our range of services have included the preparation of support documentation for Class 32 Categorical Exemptions, preparing IS/MNDs, and preparing EIRs. We have provided historic, traffic, noise, and visual simulations for these types of projects in urban environments and water, archaeological and biological studies for projects in more rural environments. Projects have included residential and mixed use developments, hotels, commercial development, civic centers and municipal facilities, fire stations, and schools. Recreation projects have included park master planning, park developments, pedestrian and bike trail developments, and OHV planning.
